Application for registration.—Every operator of a container train carrying on the running of container trains shall make an application for registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every platform held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
