Application for registration.—Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form GFR 12-A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every purchase order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
