Application for registration.—Every multimodal transport operator carrying on the business of multimodal transport shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Chits in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every contract held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
