Intimation of change.—Every operator of a private network shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten lakh rupees.
