Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a parking lot shall apply to the Corporation in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
