Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a parking lot who ceases to carry on the running of a parking lot shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every assessment list held by him has been disposed of.
