Intimation of change.—Every charter operator shall intimate to the Government of Maharashtra, in Form CA-8 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Maharashtra shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five lakh rupees.
