Surrender of certificate.—Every charter operator who ceases to carry on the operation of non-scheduled air services shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Maharashtra in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-1 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
