Rule 38, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Records and Returns) Rules, 2018 [SE3-AX3]

Language of records and returns.—Every record, return, application and intimation under these rules shall be written in the official language of the Government of West Bengal or in English, shall be legible and free from erasure, and where a correction is made in a record it shall be initialled by the foster parent with the date on which it was made; and where a document furnished to the Central Adoption Resource Authority is in any other language, it shall be accompanied by a translation certified in Form VI.
