Surrender of certificate.—Every foster parent who ceases to carry on the foster care of a child shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every will held by him has been disposed of.
