Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a public register who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a public register shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokayukta in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every request held by him has been disposed of.
