Application for registration.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower carrying on the erection of telecommunication towers shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form G, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every message held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
