Application for registration.—Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application for registration to the Rent Controller in Form C, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every possession letter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
