Intimation of change.—Every export oriented unit shall intimate to the Director General, in Form SEZ-1 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
