Application for registration.—Every developer carrying on the development of a Special Economic Zone shall make an application for registration to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of imports held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
