Surrender of certificate.—Every liquidator who ceases to carry on the winding up of a company shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form DIR-12 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
