Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
