Bye-law 35, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Inspection of The operation of an amateur radio station) Bye-laws, 2017 [SE2-PAZ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the amateur radio operator shall apply to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
