Correction of entries.—The Telecommunication Engineering Centre may, on an application made in Form F by any amateur radio operator or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
