Application for registration.—Every amateur radio operator carrying on the operation of an amateur radio station shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
