Safe custody.—Every amateur radio operator shall keep every tower to which these bye-laws apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every tower so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre within thirty days of the close of each year.
