Maintenance of premises.—Every amateur radio operator shall keep the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every telecommunication service kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of an amateur radio station, and shall furnish to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
