Intimation of change.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form 1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
