Rule 4, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2017 [SE2-H95]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of goods bearing a mark shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form 27 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
