Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of minerals who ceases to carry on the transport of minerals shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
