Safe custody.—Every person carrying on an industry shall keep every hazardous substance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the discharge of effluent is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every hazardous substance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
