Application for registration.—Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every planting material held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
