Surrender of certificate.—Every ambulance operator who ceases to carry on the operation of ambulances shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 28 of the manner in which every drug held by him has been disposed of.
