Rule 33, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2017 [SE2-2KJ]

Safe custody.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall keep every register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the practice of Indian medicine is carried on, shall record in Form 19 the description of every register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Medical Commission within fifteen days of the close of each year.
