Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the company shall apply to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form ADT-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
