Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway shall intimate to the Railway Claims Tribunal, in Form B and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
