Correction of entries.—The Railway Claims Tribunal may, on an application made in Form F by any owner of land adjoining a railway or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
