Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in antiquities shall apply to the Museum Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
