Application for registration.—Every person holding an authorisation carrying on the use of spectrum shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every message held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
