Periodical returns.—Every importer of wireless equipment shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of the import of wireless equipment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
