Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a water supply scheme who ceases to carry on the operation of a water supply scheme shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
