Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter shall apply to the proper officer in Form GST EWB-01 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the proper officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
