Surrender of certificate.—Every athlete who ceases to carry on participation in competitions shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every result held by him has been disposed of.
