Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the athlete shall apply to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
