Grant of certificate of registration.—The Central Government shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 11 within seven days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every return stated in the application.
