Bye-law 20, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Registration of The keeping of records of subscribers) Bye-laws, 2016 [SE1-5HJ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the central recordkeeping agency shall apply to the Central Government in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Central Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
