Authorised agent.—Any central recordkeeping agency may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Central Government in Form 11 the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within sixty days of the revocation.
