Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "central recordkeeping agency" means a person carrying on the keeping of records of subscribers; (c) "nomination" means a nomination received, held or disposed of by a central recordkeeping agency in the course of the keeping of records of subscribers; (d) "Form 2" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
