Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any nominee of a member dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 11, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every claim then held; and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
