Application for registration.—Every nominee of a member carrying on the receipt of benefits as nominee shall make an application for registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 10, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every annual account statement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
