Surrender of certificate.—Every teacher who ceases to carry on the teaching in a recognised school shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
