Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the teacher shall apply to the Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
