Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of wireless equipment shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
