Intimation of change.—Every endorser shall intimate to the Bureau of Indian Standards, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
