Surrender of certificate.—Every significant data fiduciary who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Data Protection Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
